A California pro-life activist is on trial in criminal court for posting a video outside an abortion clinic in August.
Jurors began their third day of deliberations for Anastasia Rogers on Thursday over her December arrest for a 13-second video about how Planned Parenthood staff “unalive” babies, according to newsreports and courtrecords. San Francisco District Attorney Brooke Jenkins is prosecuting Rogers under the state’s Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act, which criminalizes behavior targeting abortion clinics that is deemed to be intimidation or obstructing entry.
