Conservative commentator Candace Owens is out at The Daily Wire after months of controversy.
On Friday, The Daily Wire’s CEO Jeremy Boreing posted on X, “Daily Wire and Candace Owens have ended their relationship.”
Owens shared the posted and confirmed the news.
“The rumors are true— I am finally free,” she wrote.
She also shared a link to her website for fans to support her content.
Finally, Owens teased, “There will be many announcements in the weeks to come.”
The split comes after a months of controversy caused by her sharing of antisemitic conspiracy theories in the wake of Hamas’ Oct. 7 terrorist attack.
She has also attacked The Daily Wire’s co-founder Ben Shapiro, who is Jewish, and called his commentary on Israel’s war against Hamas “disgraceful” claimed he is “emotionally unhinged.”
