Fox News’ Tucker Carlson is criticizing CNN for its coverage of former President Donald Trump’s trip from Florida to New York.

During a segment of his show on Monday, Carlson said, “Trump’s upcoming arraignment tomorrow isn’t a turning point in our country’s legal system.”

“It’s yet another chance to follow Trump around in the hope that ratings will return,” he insisted.

Carlson then played a montage of CNN following Trump’s movements from Florida to New York City, including shots of his motorcade driving and his plane taking off.

The montage ended with CNN’s Dana Bash saying, “One of the things that we have learned is not to put everything at an 11 — not to make everything the biggest deal.”

“This is a big deal,” she added.

Finally, Carlson quipped, “This is a big deal. We get to talk over live pictures, what we were trained to do in local news.”

The network also showed footage of Trump’s plane landing in New York City, which was apparently filmed from a boat.

At a separate point, a panel also tried to examine Trump’s body language as he got off his plane.

MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough blasted the media’s coverage as well during a segment on Tuesday, saying, “We saw Trump’s plane landing at LaGuardia for it looked like 20 minutes. It was a shot that looked like space shuttle Challenger or something like that, or Columbia returning.”

“Every network was on it forever, and then it lands, and, we’re on the Trump plane. We gave the guy … I would guess, $40 to $50 million of earned media,” he added.
