CBS’ Lesley Stahl pushed back on President Donald Trump’s claim about the U.S. Economy during a “60 Minutes” interview this week.

A clip of CBS News’ “60 Minutes” interview with Trump was previewed on Thursday where the president was asked what he believes is the “biggest domestic priority” to him “right now.”

Trump turned to the U.S. Economy, claiming, “I’ll tell you, it was happening. We created the greatest Economy in the history of our country. And the other side was coming in–,” before Stahl interjected.

“You know that’s not true,” she fired back. Trump, undeterred, responded, “It is totally true.” Stahl said, “No.”

The president, however, continued, “Virtually every number was the best. We had the best Economy ever. And what was happening was things were coming together–.”

Stahl interrupted Trump, saying, “Well, what I asked you, what’s the priority? I mean, those are all the good things–.”

“The priority now is the great back to normal,” Trump declared. “Get back to where we were. To have the Economy rage and be great with jobs and everybody be happy. And that’s where we’re going, and that’s where we’re heading.”

Trump’s appearance on “60 Minutes” was the interview where it was reported that he walked out of it before it was over.

After reports that Trump walked out of the interview, the president threatened on Twitter to post the interview before it airs on Sunday.

He posted several photos from the interview on Twitter Wednesday. On Thursday morning, Trump tweeted, “I will soon be giving a first in television history full, unedited preview of the vicious attempted ‘takeout” interview of me by Lesley Stahl of .”

“Watch her constant interruptions anger. Compare my full, flowing and ‘magnificently brilliant’ answers to their ‘Q’s,'” he added.

Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden was also interviewed on “60 Minutes” where he was pressed about his position on expanding the Supreme Court.

“There’s a number of alternatives that go well beyond packing,” Biden said, adding, “The last thing we need to do is turn the Supreme Court into just a political football, whoever has the most votes gets whatever they want. Presidents come and go. Supreme Court justices stay for generations.”
