No city resources, no private staging areas, no cooperation. “ICE-free zones” are now the law of the land in the Windy City. Translation: if you’re in the country illegally, Chicago is your get-out-of-jail-free card. But if you’re wearing a badge and following federal law? Don’t expect

When the agents called for help, guess who didn’t show up? Chicago police. Why? Because they were instructed to stand down.
