Legendary actor Dick Van Dyke is safe after being “safely evacuated” as Wildfires surrounded his Malibu, California, home.

Van Dyke took to his Facebook page to let his fans know he is OK.

“Arlene and I have safely evacuated with our animals except for Bobo escaped as we were leaving,” he wrote on Tuesday. “We’re praying he’ll be ok and that our community in Serra Retreat will survive these terrible fires.”

Bobo is Van Dyke’s cat, Fox News reported. He later posted a video of the cat and wrote, “I hope Bobo is okay.”

Fans of the “Mary Poppins” actor immediately responded and sent well wish to him and his family.

“Prayers lifted for you and your family and friends. Prayers for emergency responders as well!” one fan commented.

“My thoughts are with you and all those impacted. Glad you all are safe, hoping BoBo will be rescued,” anther wrote.

Van Dyke was recently featured in a video of Coldplay’s “All My Love.”

The video included various parts of Van Dyke’s life, including time his family, reflection plus footage of his awards and accolades.

The actor, who turns 99 of Friday, also spoke about death in the video.

“I’m acutely aware that I could go any day now. But I don’t know why it doesn’t concern me. I’m not afraid of it,” Van Dyke said. “I have that feeling, totally against anything intellectual, that I’m going to be all right.

The fire started about 10:50 p.m. Monday north of Pepperdine University.

As of Wednesday morning, the fire had spread to 3,983 acres and was only 7% contained, Fox 11 Los Angeles reported.
