President Joe Biden is facing questions about storing classified documents in a garage.
During an event on Thursday, Fox Newsâ Peter Doocy asked, âClassified materials next to your Corvette? What were you thinking?â
The president said he would speak âon all of this, God willing, soon.â
âAnd by the way, my Corvetteâs in a locked garage, OK? So itâs not like theyâre sitting out in the street,â he added.
He went on, âPeople know I take classified documents and classified material seriously. I also said weâre cooperating fully and completely with the Justice Departmentâs review.â
Biden noted his lawyers completed a search of places he stored documents on Wednesday. During the search, they discovered a âsmall number of documentsâ in âstorage areas and file cabinets in my home and my personal library.â

On Monday, it was reported a U.S. attorney is reviewing approximately 10 classified documents found in an office used by Biden. The materials dated back to his time as vice president.
His lawyers reportedly contacted the National Archives on Nov. 2, 2022, in an office he used while he was an honorary professor at the University of Pennsylvania.
The documents were reportedly retrieved the following day.
Biden told reporters on Tuesday he was âsurprised to learn that there were any government records that were taken there to that office.â
âBut I donât know whatâs in the documents. My lawyers have not suggested I ask what documents they were,â he added.
CNN reported the documents contained intelligence memos on Iran, Ukraine, and the United Kingdom.
On Wednesday, NBC News reported a second set of classified documents had been discovered in another location.
It was unclear initially where the documents were found or their classification level.
But on Thursday, Special Counsel to the President Richard Sauber revealed the documents were discovered in a storage space in his Wilmington, Delaware residenceâs garage and another room, as IJR reported.
