EXCLUSIVE: Jim Banks Unveils Bill To Protect Workers Who Disagree With Their Radical Left Bosses

Republican Indiana Sen. Jim Banks is introducing a bill Thursday to prevent employees from facing retaliation from their employers for acknowledging the concept of biological sex.

The bill, called the Restoring Biological Truth to the Workplace Act, would clarify that Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964— which prohibits employers from discriminating against workers on the basis of certain characteristics —protects employees who acknowledge or express the binary and biological nature of sex, both inside and outside of the workplace, according to a copy of the bill text first obtained by the 🏢Daily Caller News Foundation. The legislation would also clarify that Title VII protects the right of employees to use single-sex bathrooms and changing areas in the workplace.

“This bill is about protecting common sense,” Banks told the DCNF. “Americans shouldn’t fear losing their jobs simply for acknowledging the basic reality of biological sex.”
