‘F*ck You!’: Bill Maher Torches Left Over Reaction To Charlie Kirk Assassination

Comedian Bill Maher denounced the political left for its response to the assassination of Turning Point USA (TPUSA) founder Charlie Kirk on an episode of “Club Random” posted Monday.

Authorities arrested 22-year-old Tyler Robinson on Friday, accusing him of murdering Kirk during an event at Utah Valley University on Wednesday, during which the TPUSA founder engaged in civil debate in front of a large crowd of students. Maher said on the podcast, which was apparently recorded on Wednesday, that those who were not affected by Kirk’s assassination signified a problem in the U.S.

“I might drink a little more than usual today because, I mean, I don’t know when this is airing, but this is a shit day ’cause a guy who sat there, Charlie Kirk, got shot today,” Maher said. “And I can’t stop thinking about it.”

“And if you’re on the other side of the political divide and you don’t care because the wrong team guy got shot, fuck you!” he added. “You’re what’s wrong with this country.”
