Stars of ā€œHocus Pocusā€ are attempting to cast a spell in an effort to get Americans out to vote in the upcoming election.

The stars, Sarah Jessica Parker,Ā Bette MidlerĀ andĀ Kathy Najimy, posted a video on Monday, where Parker said, ā€œIt’s a very big deal, this election, obviously.ā€

She continued, ā€œBecause so many young people felt disenfranchised in the last election for whatever reason, my fervent hope is that those that sat out will decide that even if a candidate can’t get them to the exact destination point, the opportunity to get so much closer to where this country needs to be.ā€

Midler also noted that ā€œthere is nothing more important than your right to vote.ā€

She later said, ā€œI do think there is something we can do about it,ā€ before Najimy added, ā€œNo, we shouldn’t.ā€ Parker chimed in, ā€œDare we?ā€

Midler then said, ā€œWell, it would take a flash and we would definitely increase voter turnout.ā€ The three actors of the 1993 film then pretended to cast a spell similar to one from the movie. ā€œGet these voters to the polls,ā€ Midler said, before all three shouted, ā€œMake them vote!ā€
