As many in the United States were looking forward to the total solar eclipse, the people running the House Judiciary Committeeā€™s X account had a different eclipse in mind.

On Monday, the committee posted an image from a video shared by former President Donald Trump that featured his head, in place of the moon, covering the sun.

The caption of video declared Trumpā€™s possible victory in the 2024 election will be ā€œthe most important moment in human history.ā€

Several users on X pointed out the imagery of Trump blocking the out the sun may not convey the message they thought it did:
