Hunter Biden filed a Lawsuit against Rudy Giuliani, a previous lawyer for former President Donald Trump, and his former attorney, Robert Costello, accusing them of “hacking.”
The Lawsuit filed on Tuesday in Los Angeles accuses Giuliani and Costello of “hacking into, tampering with, manipulating, copying, disseminating, and generally obsessing over data” which is described as being “taken or stolen” from Hunter Biden’s laptop, according to CNBC.
Lawyers for Biden say this is a violation of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act.
“For the past many months and even years, Defendants have dedicated an extraordinary amount of time and energy toward looking for, hacking into, tampering with, manipulating, copying, disseminating, and generally obsessing over data that they were given that was taken or stolen from Plaintiff’s devices or storage platforms, including what Defendants claims to have obtained from Plaintiff’s alleged ‘laptop computer,'” the
