Democratic strategist James Carville literally claimed on “Politics War Room” on Wednesday that Antifa is non-existent during an inflammatory rant.
Antifa amassed significant attention during the Summer 2020 riots, playing a major role in several Democratic-led cities, such as Seattle and Portland. Carville said in a video of the podcast posted to Politicon’s YouTube channel that since Antifa lacks an official leader, it is not real, comparing it to “vapor.”

“I don’t know who the fuck Antifa is. I want to punch the president of Antifa? Give me his address,” Carville said. “Where do I find this son of a bitch? … Where’s the headquarters? Who is the board of directors?”
“There is no such thing as Antifa. It’s like attacking vapor. There is no Antifa. So, I’m defending air. It’s the same thing. Or attacking air … I’m serious … they loop into this and they keep repeating it and it doesn’t exist. There is no such thing as Antifa,” he added. “It’s not an organization. There’s no nothing!”
