Another one of Vice President Kamala Harris’ word salads has gone viral and Twitter users jumped on the opportunity to mock her.

During a roundtable discussion at Claflin University in South Carolina with Education Secretary Miguel Cardona, Harris began discussing the Biden administration’s investments in community banks.

ā€œWe invested an additional $12 billion into community banks, because we know community banks are in the community, and understand the needs and desires of that community as well as the talent and capacity of community,ā€ Harris said.

During an event in March, Harris was speaking about affordable internet access.

ā€œThe Governor and I and we were all doing a tour of the library here and talking about the significance of the passage of time. Right? The significance of the passage of time,ā€ Harris said.

She added, ā€œSo, when you think about it, there is great significance to the passage of time in terms of what we need to do to lay these wires, what we need to do to create these jobs.ā€

Harris continued, ā€œAnd there is such great significance to the passage of time when we think about a day in the life of our children and what that means to the future of our nation, depending on whether or not they have the resources they need to achieve their God-given talent.ā€
