White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre is being asked to explain what President Joe Biden was up to “all day” after he had no public events and his public schedule was not too clarifying.
During a press gaggle on Air Force One on Monday evening, a reporter asked, “Can you share what he did today? We didn’t see him all day. There was no schedule of what he did.”
“I don’t have anything to share with you,” Jean-Pierre responded.
She added, “What I can say is, the president, as you know, he made some calls. He called, uhm, he called, uh, the newly elected president of Mexico. We put out a statement there. And so, what I can say, he certainly continues to work on behalf of the American people. That’s something he continues to do.

According to Biden’s public schedule — which does not share every detail of his day — he received the presidential brief around 10:00 a.m.
He left his residence in Wilmington, Delaware around 5 p.m. to head to a campaign reception.
