President Donald Trump appeared at a White House press briefing on Tuesday, during which he confronted reporters with mugshots of some of the illegal immigrants arrested by ICE in the Minneapolis area. McGowan demanded that Trump show proof that ICE was arresting criminals.
āIf Donald Trump wants to get on TV and say, āOur problem is we havenāt highlighted our accomplishments enough,ā I would say, āGreat. Highlight your accomplishments. Prove it,ā McGowan said. āProve you are getting the worst of the worst. Show us the murderers and the rapists and the killers that you are arresting.ā Stop yourself. Then tell us youāre not rounding up-ā

āZip it,ā she said, with Ferguson responding, āNo. Sorry, youāre not my mom. And second of all, you donāt get to make it up. Weāve had the posters at the White House, the people that have been rescued. You said, āShow them to me.ā We have showed them to you.ā
