Former first lady Melania Trump is not sure whether first lady Jill Biden was āgenuineā or not after the first attempted Assassination Attempt on President-elect Donald Trump.
Melania Trump told the French publication āParis Matchā last month that Jill Biden ātook the initiative to contact me directlyā after āsomeone tried to murder my husband in Pennsylvania,ā per Fox News.
Despite that, as Melania Trump said in a Fox News interview, āI do question, however, whether Jillās concern was genuine as a few days prior she referred to my husband as āevilā and a āliar.'ā
āIt was obvious that the onslaught of rhetoric from Democrat leaders and the mainstream media was so deeply embedded in our nationās consciousness it prompted an attempt to assassinate Donald,ā she added. The Fox interview was conducted prior to Donald Trump winning the 2024 presidential election.
Melania Trump later added, āPeople today are so desensitized they actually joke about killing a former U.S. President.ā She also said that āit is undeniable that this type of speech created a toxic political environment.ā
