Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) says she was almost removed from the House chamber during President Joe Bidenās State of the Union address.
After the speech, Greene made an appearance on RSBN and said, āHereās what I found to be outrageous, the sergeant at arms came up and told me that I needed to take the hat off.ā
The Georgia congresswoman attended the speech wearing a āMake America Great Againā hat.
āI said, Iām not taking the hat off, I refuse to take it off. And he said, āWell, itās decorum.ā I said, āI certainly understand, you do what you need to do, Iāll pay a fine, Iāll do whatever, a warning, whatever there is, but Iām not taking the hat off,ā Greene continued.

She went on:
āHe said, āWell, youāre going to have to leave or weāre going to take you out.ā And I was like, āYou can haul me out of here, go ahead and try it.ā
Greene did not take the hat off and wore it while she greeted Biden as he walked into the House chamber.
Upon apparently seeing Greene clad in her MAGA outfit, Biden appeared to be taken aback.
