Pelosi snapped. Again.
And not just any snapâthe kind of full-throttle meltdown you expect from a flustered TikTok influencer, not a former Speaker of the House. But when confronted with a direct, inconvenient question about her role on January 6th, Nancy Pelosi didnât just dodgeâshe detonated.
A reporter for LindellTV, Alison Steinberg, calmly asked what plenty of Americans have been wondering for years: âWhy did you refuse the National Guard on Jan. 6?â Boom. That was all it took. Pelosi launched into a finger-wagging tirade, shrieking at Steinberg to âshut upâ and accusing her of spouting âRepublican talking points.â
Touchy, isnât she?
Letâs pause there. When someone reacts like that to a questionâany questionâit usually means you hit a nerve. Especially when their response includes no real denial, just venom. Pelosi didnât calmly state facts. She didnât answer with clarity. She lashed out, stormed off, and clung to someoneâs arm like a frazzled celebrity leaving court.
And guess what? That clip went viralâbecause America saw something itâs been suspecting all along: Pelosi doesnât want these questions asked. At all.
Which raises the obvious question: why?
We already know President Trump offered the National Guard ahead of January 6. Thatâs on record. Former Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund has been clearâhis repeated requests were stalled, denied, and delayed, specifically by the House Sergeant at Arms. You know, the guy who reported to Pelosi.
Yet Pelosi wants us to believe this was all Trumpâs doing? That she had no say, no role, no authorityânothing? Come on. Even her own past comments betray her. She once admitted, âI take responsibility for not having them just prepare for war.â So⌠she did have responsibility? Which is it?
It gets better. Sund, the man on the ground that day, posted a point-by-point reminder for Pelosiâjust in case her memory was still fuzzy. He said her Sergeant at Arms blocked his National Guard requests multiple times. Seventy minutes passed while the Capitol descended into chaos. Seventy minutes. Thatâs an eternity when things are spiraling.
But Pelosi? She wants you to forget that. Move on. Donât ask questions. Donât dig deeper.
Unfortunately for her, a new January 6 committee is digging. And this time, itâs not being chaired by her hand-picked allies. Rep. Barry Loudermilk is heading it up, and unlike the last round of political theater, this committee might actually follow the factsâall of them.
Maybe thatâs why Pelosiâs nerves are showing. Maybe thatâs why a single question from a reporter sent her off the rails. She sees whatâs coming. She knows her tightly controlled narrative is cracking.
And hereâs the real kicker: when someone truly has nothing to hide, they donât need to scream at reporters. They donât need to storm off. They answer. Clearly. Calmly. Transparently.
But Pelosi? She just shouted, shook her finger, and ran.
Why?
Thatâs the question Americans should be askingâand they are.
