Live Action founder Lila Rose sparred with an Abortion activist on an episode of “Dr. Phil.”

According to Live Actions’ website, the organization exists “to shift public opinion on the killing of preborn children and defend the rights of these most vulnerable among us.”

During an episode of the show Monday, an Abortion rights activist accused Rose of having a lack of empathy because of her views.

“We were founded on the lack of empathy, and we’ve just kept up on that tradition,” the Abortion rights activist said.

Rose replied, “Abortion is devastating to women’s mental health. No one talks about that … The trauma is from the rape. The child is an innocent party there.”

The Abortion right activist fired back, “The child isn’t born yet, it’s not there.”

Pivoting to the rights humans have, Rose explained, “Our fundamental human right that we all share in this room is life. It’s the first human right. Laws are meant to protect the weak. In a society, who’s the weakest? Who’s the weakest in society? A child. They don’t have a voice, they can’t speak.”

The Abortion rights activist continued to try to interrupt Rose.

“Whether we live 10 minutes, 10 years, or 100 years, you’re a human life, and you have the right to not be killed,” Rose said.

She added, “And that’s what the pro-life fight is all about. That’s what we’re fighting for.”
