When the U.S. Supreme Court handed down a decision regarding presidential immunity, it affected the Hush Money case against former President Donald Trump.
Trump has requested to file a motion that his Hush Money conviction should be tossed, per ABC News.
This is a move that would most likely delay Trump’s July 11 Sentencing.
But on Tuesday, the Manhattan district attorney’s office said it would not oppose a delay in Sentencing.
“Although we believe defendant’s arguments to be without merit, we do not oppose his request for leave to file and his putative request to adjourn Sentencing
