Provocateur Who Threatened To Burn Quran Allegedly Stabbed By Minnesota Rioters

A man who announced his intention to burn a copy of the Quran in Minneapolis claimed a left-wing protester stabbed him Saturday during an attack by a mob.

Jake Lang, a self-described “January 6 political prisoner,” announced plans to protest welfare fraud in Minnesota in a Saturday post on X. He also stated he wished to burn the book of Islamic scripture on the steps of Minneapolis City Hall. Lang said the only reason he was not injured was because his body armor “blocked” the knife.

“I just got stabbed by a crazie white commie leftist rioter today in Minnesota,” Lang posted after the attack. Lang live-streamed his protest on X, where video and audio of multiple assaults and confrontations were apparently caught on camera.

Independent journalist Cam Higby condemned the alleged assault in a Saturday evening post on X.
