When you put superstar and Taylor Swift concert in the same sentence, one automatically thinks of the megastar.
That is unless thereâs royalty present.
âI got to say Prince William was fantastic, but the highlight was Princess Charlotte,â Jason Kelce said during the June 26 episode of âNew Heightsâ podcast. âPrince George was great, too. She was so fââ adorable.â
His brother Travis Kelce agreed.
âShe was a superstar,â Travis Kelce said.
The brothers talked about meeting the âsuperstarâ along with her father Prince William and brother Prince George at a Swift concert in London last week, per Today.
While Princess Charlotte was deemed a âsuperstar,â Prince William was âcool,â Jason Kelce said.
âDude, he was the coolest motherââ. He was so cool,â the older brother said. âHeâs a good dude.â
The moment was memorialized with a self of Swift, Travis Kelce and the royals.
âThey were an absolute delight to me,â Travis Kelce said. â(I) wasnât sure if I was supposed to bow to them, curtsy, just be an American idiot and shake their hand.â
âThey said that because we werenât at an official royal event, we didnât need to bow or curtsy,â Jason Kelce said, adding he called William âYour Royal Highness.â
âThey were wonderful people,â he said.
Jason Kelce said he could not believe how approachable the prince was.
âHard to be a down-to-earth human being, I would assume, but came off that way, completely,â he said.
âVery genuine, very cool,â Travis Kelce added.
But the star of the night was Princess Charlotte.
âMaybe itâs because I have three girls now. She had fire to her, she was asking questions. That was the most electric part of the (night),â Jason Kelce said.
Travis Kelcewas in London to support Swift during her three shows at Wembley Stadium from June 21 to 23.
He got more involved by getting onstage at the June 23 concert.
The Kansas City Chiefs tight end joined Swift for the pantomime skit leading to âI Can Do It With a Broken Heart.â
During the concert, Travis Kelce went onstage wearing the same black-and-white suit and top hat as two of Swiftâs other dancers.
He acted out the musical interlude with the singer and picked up Swift and placed her on a red couch before she made a wardrobe change.
He then watched as she walked away with a wide smile on his face. He and the other dancers were then lowered beneath the stage.
