Actress Drew Barrymore faced backlash after she awkwardly held billionaire mogul Oprah Winfrey’s hand during an interview on her Talk show.
In a viral video clip of the episode posted to X, formerly known as Twitter, on Tuesday, Barrymore, 48, appeared not to let go of Winfrey’s hand during a sit-down conversation on the couch.
“Drew was NOT taking the hint. I know Oprah was pissed, hand all sweaty and clammy,” a user wrote in the caption of the video.
Another user accused Barrymore of “lacking personal boundaries” and said “it’s not quirky anymore.”
