Stormy Daniels sat down for an interview during which she discussed her role in former President Donald Trump’s indictment.

Daniels joined Piers Morgan Wednesday for an interview expected to air Thursday.

Morgan noted Daniels was not ā€œasked to give evidence to the grand jury,ā€ but she could be asked to testify.

ā€œHow do you feel about potentially testifying in the trial that will be watched around the world?ā€ Morgan asked.

She replied, ā€œAnytime you’re up in the public eye, it’s scary. I used to get scared giving an oral book report in school.ā€

Daniels added, ā€œIt’s daunting, but I look forward to it … I have nothing to hide. I’m the only one that has been telling the truth.ā€

She suggested if they do not ask her to testify, ā€œIt paints the picture that they know something about me that makes me untrustworthy or not reliable.ā€

Daniels explained, ā€œHaving them call me in and put my on the stand legitimizes my story and who I am. And, if they don’t, it almost feels like they’re hiding me.

When asked again if there is no doubt she would testify, Daniels replied, ā€œAbsolutely.ā€

Morgan posted an update to his Twitter account on the interview, saying, ā€œMy world exclusive TV interview with Stormy Daniels will now be a 90-minute special, airing from 8-9.30pm UK time on and in America on from 2pm ET.ā€

He added, ā€œIt will be then be available in full on our YouTube channel.ā€

The release of the clips from the interview come just one day after Daniels was ordered to pay Trump’s attorneys more than $120,000 in legal fees as part of a failed defamation suit against him.

The order is unrelated to Trump’s indictment and charges.

However, both involved the porn star, who was paid hush money back in 2016.
