President Donald Trump told radio host Mark Levin Monday that Democrats have had a major loss in confidence due to his win, adding that his second term has been âmuch different.â
Since Trumpâs historic win in both the Electoral College and popular vote, Democrats have struggled to give one clear message to voters ahead of the midterm elections. On âThe Mark Levin Show,â Levin asked the president if he saw his second term âdifferently,â questioning if he was able to âreally grab this by the throat, by the neckâ due to his past experience.
âMuch different. Number one, I know a lot of people. I didnât know anybody. I wasnât in the world of Washington, D.C. But the radical left, they really lost their confidence. It was a bad election defeat. They lost everything, presidentially,â Trump said. âTheyâve lost their confidence. Theyâve lost the strut. Theyâre a bunch of real bad, very bad people. Very, very bad people. I actually think theyâre sick people, if you want to know the truth. Theyâve lost a lot of confidence, and they seem to be different. Plus, I have much greater support than I have had.â
âI won the popular vote by millions of votes. I won all seven swing states. You remember you and I talked, and it looked like I was going to win, do well. But nobody, you just donât win all seven. I won all seven and won them easily. Won states that generally arenât won by Republicans, won them by a lot,â Trump added. âSo we have a big mandate. I donât know why they should be surprised, but they are taking it hard.â

During former Vice President Kamala Harrisâ campaign, she attempted to use Hollywoodâs influence, teaming up with celebrities like Oprah, Megan Thee Stallion, and BeyoncĂŠ. Trump went on to highlight the Democratsâ payment to celebrities, calling it âall a scam.â
âThey go out and they pay Beyonce, as an example. Somebody just showed me something. They gave her $11 million. For what? For an endorsement, I guess, because she didnât sing. They paid Oprah $2 million. They even paid a scam artist named Al Sharpton, total scam artist, to honor Broly,â Trump said.
âItâs all a scam. But the good news is the public understands it. The public has gotten wise to it. Theyâve seen it. But how do you pay Beyonce $11 million? They also ran out of money. They have no money,â Trump said. âThey spent $2.7 billion, and they canât raise the final $28 million that theyâve been looking for a long time.â
Despite having dozens more billionaires in support of her campaign, Harris not only lost the election to Trump but also left the Democratic National Committee reportedly in debt as they attempted to boost her chances of defeating him. Due to the spending issue, the DNC ended up firing hundreds of employees, with some members shocked by the lack of accountability.
