Tom Brady is trading the football field for a job in the airline industry.
The retired football star will be making touchdowns with Delta Air Lines as part of a new Partnership agreement between the two. During a segment on CNBC’s “Squawk Box” Brady and Delta Airlines CEO Ed Bastian announced that Brady would be joining the company as a “strategic advisor.”
“It’s great to be here, and really great to be with Tom and we are announcing today a unique one-of-a-kind Partnership with the greatest of all time who has delivered consistently on the largest stages in the world for many, many years,” Bastian said on Wednesday.
Bastian clarified that this was not a “sponsorship” but that Brady would “come inside the company” and would be interacting with employees.
