President Donald Trump said Wednesday he will resume attacks on Iran if Iran “if they don’t behave.”

The president also said the deal between the two countries is not final — it is a memorandum of understanding (MOU), The Hill reported.

Trump spoke about the situation at the G7 Summit in Évian-les Baines, France.

“No, it’s not final. It’s a memorandum of understanding, and if I don’t like it, we’ll go back to shooting at them, dropping bombs on their head,” Trump said.

“If they don’t behave, we’ll go back to dropping bombs right smack in the middle of their head,” he continued. “They’ve misbehaved for 47 years.”

U.S. officials said details of the agreement would be made publicly this week. According to copies of the 14-point agreement obtained by CNN and Bloomberg, the deal says Iran may be able to have access to a $300 billion development fund if it meets commitments to scale back its nuclear program.

Trump has tried to distance himself from the fund, but said he couldn’t stop other people from investing in Iran.

“We are not investing in it and we do not have a fund,” Trump said. “That’s a false story that got picked up incorrectly.”

“We are not investing 10 cents,” he said.

Supporters of the Iran war have come out against the $300 billion fund and another provision which allows Iran to resume oil exports without U.S. sanctions.

Trump said the alternative to the agreement would be “a worldwide depression.”

“The stupid people want to have a worldwide depression,” he said.

Trump has brushed off economic concerns in recent weeks. He has said the only thing that mattered was making sure Iran never have a nuclear weapon.

Under the MOU, Iran commits to never building a nuclear bomb. Iran agreed to that same thing in the Obama-era nuclear deal from which Trump pulled out.
