President Donald Trump has revenge in his sights after U.S. troops intercepted an Iranian ballistic missile attack in Jordan overnight.
“We're going to beat the f***ing s*** out of them,” Trump told Fox News Wednesday morning.
“We’ll be hitting them hard. They’re going to get a beating,” the president added.

Trump said American forces did not have much time to respond to the surprise attack. U.S. Forces were able to shoot down the incoming missiles before they reached their targets.
Trump said he reviewed a video showing U.S. personnel calling out coordinates in real time during the interception.
Trump also said overnight U.S.-Saudi strikes against Iran-backed Shiite militias in Iraq were coordinated with the Iraqi government.
He called the militias a “cancer on the world.” He also said additional warnings against Iranian proxies were under consideration.
