Several Energy companies are reportedly searching for ways to build more natural gas pipelines as President Donald Trump pursues pro-Energy policies and forecasts project surging electricity demand, according to Reuters.
Multiple firms are looking to expand natural gas pipelines and other infrastructure to help tap into gas deposits in the Appalachian Basin, including Williams Companies, Boardwalk Pipeline, DT Midstream and EQT, according to Reuters. The Trump administration has worked to expand natural gas projects, which stands in contrast to former President Joe Biden’s crackdown on pipelines that included major regulation and outright project cancellations.
“We are actively evaluating opportunities to expand infrastructure.
