President Donald TrumpABC News White House correspondent Mary Bruce went head-to-head after she asked him about the Iran War.
The exchange happened Tuesday during a press conference in the Oval Office as Trump told Brice she didnât know âanythingâ about the conflict.
âMr. President, there are no signs that Iran is ready to stop fighting, so what is the plan? Is the plan to just keep fighting until they give up?â Bruce asked.
The president was visibly not pleased with the question.
âHow would you know there are no signs? Why, do you know something that I donât know?â he said.
âWell, they continue to attack our allies and kill Americansââ Bruce l responded, before Trump interrupted her.
âYou donât know what the dialogue is behind the scenes. They want to meet desperately to try and end it, because theyâre getting decimated. You donât get that when youâre listening to your fake station, but you donât know anything,â the president said.

Trump then flipped the script by continued asking Bruce questions.
âYou know something I donât know? Do you know something I donât know?â he said.
âWell tell us,â Bruce said.
âI will tell you they want to desperately meet, and until they are ready to meet in a meaningful way, we have no interest,â Trump answered.
Last year, Trump called Bruce a âterrible personâwhen she asked him questions about Jeffrey Epstein and his familyâs business deals in Saudi Arabia.
Iran attacked a military base in Jordan that killed two American soldiers last weekend. The U.S. has responded with more military strikes.
âThey did slip something through,â Trump said about the Jordan attack later in the Tuesday press conference.
