Former President Donald Trump is taking aim at his former spokeswoman.
In a post on Truth social, he took aim at former White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany, writing, âI donât need any advice from RINO Kayleigh McEnany on Fox.â
âJust had a GIANT VICTORY over a badly failing candidate, âBirdbrain,â and sheâs telling me what I can do better. Save your advice for Nikki!â he added.
The post come after Trump triumphed over former United Nations Ambassador Nikki Haley in New Hampshireâs Republican primary.
McEnany had some recommendations for her former boss on the tone he should take as it seems he is on a glide path to the nomination.
âWhen you look at the Republican Party, seven in ten Nikki Haley voters said, âI would not vote for Trump.â There was a Des Moines Register poll, 43% said, âNo, I wouldnât vote for Trump,'â McEnany noted.
She continued, âIf Iâm Trump, I sit back and I exclusively focus on the general election. I take the posture of a presumptive nominee. I focus on, number one, uniting the party, and number two, winning the independents, which Nikki Haley won 55-39%. Thatâs what I would do.â
âNikki Haley, I mean, the closest margin is 30% in the states ahead. For all intents and purposes, heâs the presumptive nominee,â she added.
After Haley vowed to continue it he primary race, Trump said to his supporters on Tuesday night, âWho the hell was the imposter who went up on the stage before, and like, claimed a victory.â
âI said, wow, doing a speech like she won. She didnât win. She lost,â he continued. âLetâs not have somebody take a victory when she had a very bad night. She had a very bad night.â
