Former President Donald Trump touted his peace deals in the Middle East in the wake of the new israel-palestine war and has vowed to oust “warmongers” and revamp American national security.
In a post on Truth Social, he stated, “I KEPT Israel SAFE! NOBODY ELSE WILL, NOBODY ELSE CAN, AND I KNOW ALL OF THE PLAYERS!!!”
He also posted a video to Truth Social in which he stated, “At the end of my next four years, the warmongers and frauds and failures of the senior ranks of our government will all be gone and we will have a new group of competent national security officials who believe in defending America’s vital interests above all else.”
According to RSBN, Trump negotiated four historic peace deals in the Middle East, the abraham accords, during his first term in office, and warned against the Biden administration unfreezing $6 billion in assets in order to negotiate hostage releases with Iran last month.
According to the Council on Foreign Relations, Iran is the largest donor to the Palestinian extremist militant group Hamas.
The Wall Street Journal reported that Iran aided Hamas in planning their surprise attacks against Israel, which were carried out over the weekend and led to the new war.
Trump is not the only one decrying these links, Rep. Mary Miller (R-Ill.) posted on X, formerly Twitter, Monday stating, “Remember when ‘journalists’ told you that Joe Biden’s team were ‘experts’ and the ‘adults are back in charge’ after Trump?”
“Trump delivered the abraham accords and Middle East peace. Biden has given us chaos across the world,” she added.
Rep. Troy E. Nehls (R- Texas) stated, “War is raging in Israel because Joe Biden unfroze $6 billion for Iran, fueling the terrorism in Gaza.”
“Under President Trump, there was peace in the middle east because of the historic signing of the abraham accords,” he added.
Rep. Byron Donalds (R-Fla.) noted, “Trump didn’t let Iran up off the mat.”
“We know Iran will use as many resources as possible to promote Jihad v Israel. The admin has to stop playing games,” he went on.
Political commentator and former British politician Nigel Farage said, “Trump warned us in August that Biden’s capitulation to Iran would have deadly consequences.”
He then concluded, “We need him back in charge.”
