Vice President Kamala Harris loves to talk about school buses and Venn diagrams.
But she also loves to try to wax eloquent about time â though it usually spectacularly backfires into a bizarre doom loop of nothingness.
During an event on abortion access, Harris said, âI think itâs very important⌠for us at every moment in time and certainly this one, to see the moment in time in which we exist and are present.â
âAnd to be able to contextualize it â to understand where we exist in the history and in the moment â as it relates not only to the past but the future,â she added.

The incoherent moment led some users to wonder if artificial intelligence (AI) is involved in drafting her speeches.
National Review contributor Pradheep Shanker tweeted, âMy new theoryâŚChatGPT is writing her speeches.â
The conservative outlet The Daily Signal wrote, âWhen your speech writer uses ChatGPT.â
Radio host Michael Yaffee suggested, âThe campaign should probably keep in the basement with if they want to win.â
Conservative commentator Charles C.W. Cooke wrote, âSheâs a trip.â
Andrew Walker, an ethics professor at Southern Seminary, tweeted, âThe verbal incoherence is actually less problematic than its use in servicing the banal evil of âreproductive freedomâ (i.e., abortion). A grotesque worldview that requires incomprehension on all fronts. Fitting language, actually.â
âItâs almost like legalizing weed was a mistake,â wrote Jonah Goldberg, editor-in-chief of The Dispatch.
The Daily Wireâs Ben Shapiro wrote, âTFW you have an English literature test but didnât read the book.â
Harris was roasted last year after she spoke about the âsignificance of the passage of time.â
âWe were all doing a tour of the library here and talking about the significance of the passage of time. Right? The significance of the passage of time,â she said in March 2022, adding, âSo, when you think about it, there is great significance to the passage of time in terms of what we need to do to lay these wires, what we need to do to create these jobs.â
Her comments continued: âAnd there is such great significance to the passage of time when we think about a day in the life of our children and what that means to the future of our nation, depending on whether or not they have the resources they need to achieve their God-given talent.
Tuesdayâs example came the same day President Joe Bidenofficially announced his plan to run for re-election in 2024
The decision for Biden to run, who would be 86 at the end of a potential second term, comes as polls show a majority of Americans do not want him to run.
But it appears the president is convinced enough voters cannot tolerate, or hate, former President Donald Trump enough they will suck it up and vote for him â which is an interesting strategy for winning an election and getting people excited about participating in elections.
We could be in for a painful couple of years with two nominees who are not changing their playbooks as polls say a majority of Americans want neither to run again. Yet, they refuse to hand over the reins to a new generation. Everything is great.
