Some allies of Vice President JD Vance are calling it a “coordinated” operation within the Republican Party.
The purpose? To “poison” his political future and chances in the 2028 Presidential Election.

reported Friday about social media hate being thrown at Vance in recent weeks.
This seems, it part, to a recent appearance on Joe Rogan’s podcast. That’s when Vance criticized the relationship between Israel and the United States; he described himself as a “moderate.”
The Post reported Vance is “facing a barrage of online attacks from within his party, criticism his allies say appears to be part of a coordinated attempt to poison the well for him politically.”
The backlash has included “Never Vance”-type slogans, criticism of Iran negotiations, and comparisons to liberals like Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT).
However, — Vance’s polling among Republicans has remained relatively steady.
“The sustained public hostility from Vance’s own side of the aisle is unlike that faced by other vice presidents in decades, both in intensity and in the early timing — two years before the party will choose its next presidential nominee,” The Post reported. “The unusual nature is a product of the central role that social media plays in today’s political discourse, as well as the high stakes as Republicans prepare to select a new standard-bearer after Trump, Vance allies and critics say.”
