According to the New York Post, the suspect, Anthony Williams, 32, was captured on camera pacing outside a Barbershop Friday night — shortly after he allegedly stabbed a 14-year-old boy in a separate incident, The Sun reported.
The chilling CCTV footage shows Williams walking near a white car before whipping out a large blade and charging into the shop, sending employees and customers fleeing in panic just before 7:30 p.m.
