Chaya Raichik, founder of the ā€œLibs of TikTokā€ account, confronted Rep.Ā Alexandria Ocasio-CortezĀ (D-N.Y.) at the Capitol after serving her an ethics complaint.

On Thursday, Raichik posted a video to the account with the caption, ā€œI served with an ethics complaint after she lied about me in a committee hearing. AOC wasn’t in her office but then I bumped into her as I was leaving the Capitol!ā€

In the video, she is joined by Mike Howell of the Heritage Oversight Project.

ā€œI was here last week because I attempted to ask AOC why she lied about me in a committee hearing. She cowered away, she refused to talk to me,ā€ Raichik said.

She explained she was back at the Capitol to deliver her an ethics complaint.

Knocking on the door of Ocasio-Cortez’s office, Howell said, ā€œJust dropping off some mail for the congresswoman.ā€

Raichik replied, ā€œI never inspired a bomb threat.ā€

Ocasio-Cortez responded, ā€œYou’re actually super transphobic and I never want to share a space with you!ā€

She added, ā€œThank you!ā€

The ā€œLibs of TikTokā€ founder proceeded to post a sticky note on Ocasio-Cortez’s bulletin board, saying, ā€œDear AOC, I’m back and you’ve been served!ā€

The Heritage Foundation called on the Office of Congressional Ethics to launch an investigation into Ocasio-Cortez for ā€œfalsely accusingā€ and ā€œdefamingā€ Raichik, per Fox News.

The foundation referred to a February hearing during which Ocasio-Cortez said Raichik lied in a tweet posted last year, saying Boston Children’s Hospital currently offers ā€œā€˜gender affirming hysterectomies’ for young girls.ā€

The complaint states Ocasio-Cortez violated a House ethics rule by ā€œknowingly and intentionally defaming Chaya Raichik, creator of the viral Libs of TikTok account, falsely accusing her of lying and disseminating disinformationā€¦ā€
