Federal prosecutors inexplicably dropped charges this month against an Israeli linked to a dangerous biological laboratory in Nevada.

Authorities arrested property manager Ori Salomon in February in connection with a probe into hazardous materials being stored in a Las Vegas home, according to policestatements and courtrecords. The Department of Justice (DOJ) charged Salomon with illegally possessing a firearm on a non-immigrant visa before dropping its case.
