President Joe Biden is arguing that people who subscribe to the Make America Great Again (MAGA) agenda make up the âmost extreme political organizationâ in the history of the country.
âWhat happens if you have state change the law saying that children who are LGBTQ canât be in classrooms with other children? Is that legit under the way the decisionâs written? What are the next things that are going to be attacked?â he asked.
The presidentâs comments refer to a leaked draft of a Supreme Court opinion that appeared to show it is poised to overturn the landmark Roe v. Wade decision.
âThis MAGA crowd is really the most extreme political organization thatâs existed in American history,â he claimed.

At a separate point, he took aim at an 11-point plan laid out by Sen. Rick Scott (R-Fla.) that created a vision for what Republicans would do if they regain control of Congress.
âSenator Rick Scott of FloridaâŚreleased what he calls âthe ultra MAGA agenda,â Biden said.
He continued, âItâs a MAGA agenda, alright. Let me tell you about this âultra MAGA agenda.â Itâs extreme, as most MAGA things are.â

Biden also ripped into the draft opinion and called it âradicalâ on Tuesday.
The president was asked if he believes the leak âhas irreparably changed the court.â
âWell, you know, if this decision holds, itâs really a radical decision,â Biden responded.
He continued, âThe underlying premise â and again Iâve not had a chance to thoroughly go into the decision â but it basically says all the decisions relating to your private life â who you marry, whether or not you decide to conceive a child or not, whether or not you can have an abortion, a range of other decisions, how you raise your child â what does this do?â
âDoes this mean that in Florida, they can decide theyâre going to pass a law saying that same-sex marriage is not permissible? Itâs against the law in Florida. So, itâs a fundamental shift in American jurisprudence,â Biden added.
