President Joe Biden left some scratching their heads as they struggled to understand what he said during a meeting with a foreign leader.
On Tuesday, Israeli President Isaac Herzog visited the White House.
“We brought Israelis and Palestinians together at a political level,” Biden said during a meeting with Herzog.
He went on, “At the… uh… at the… at uh… ackwhyam alshram.”

It did not take long for Twitter users to note they could not understand what Biden was saying.
Foreign policy analyst Nile Gardiner wrote sarcastically, “Joe Biden preparing for his second presidential run, bursting with energy.”
“No doubt this is extremely reassuring for our most important ally in the Middle East,” tweeted William Martin, the communications director for Sen. J.D. Vance (R-Ohio).
Another user asked, “Is he asleep?”
Fox News’ Harris Faulkner tweeted, “Someone please check on the President. Seriously.”
Herzog later said he had a “wonderful meeting” with Biden and called him a “huge fan of the state of Israel.”
