A three-day online auction sold 584 acres in Polk County, Florida, for a combined $8.93 million, with 290 bids across 27 parcels. Fourteen buyers acquired the Etter Family Portfolio, which includes about 469 acres of agricultural land and citrus groves and 115 acres divided among five lakefront parcels on Reedy Lake. Buyers could bid on individual tracts, combinations of parcels or the full portfolio, allowing for different plans, including continued agriculture, investment and potential development. The auction, held Oct. 20–22, continued for about four hours past its scheduled closing time; the sale averaged roughly $15,300 per acre.
