Adam Gray Wins Reelection in California’s 13th District

Democrat Adam Gray won reelection to California’s 13th Congressional District, defeating Republican Kevin Lincoln by roughly 61% to 39%, according to the Associated Press. The victory gives Gray a second term after he won his first in 2024 by just 187 votes; Lincoln, a former Stockton mayor, conceded. Gray said Valley residents expect leaders to address costs, water reliability, jobs and health care. The district’s redrawn boundaries under Proposition 50 gave Democrats a registration advantage, and Gray was also expected to benefit from voter frustration with President Donald Trump and the Republican Party.
