Appian Q3 Earnings Beat, Shares Jump 16.6%

Appian reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $234.6 million, up 25.5% year over year, and adjusted earnings of $0.51 per share, beating analyst expectations on both measures. The low-code software company’s fourth-quarter revenue outlook was above consensus, while its $0.30–$0.34 adjusted EPS forecast fell short of expectations. For full-year 2026, Appian raised its outlook to $873 million–$877 million in revenue and $1.20–$1.24 in adjusted EPS, both above analyst estimates. Shares rose more than 10% in premarket trading after the results and guidance were released.
