Fifteen years is a long run for any CEO. Cook took Apple from Jobs' shadow to a two trillion dollar company, hard to argue with that legacy.
Ternus has been the guy behind hardware for years, so this feels less like a shakeup and more like a natural handoff to someone already in the room.
