Arizona Teen Found Safe; Parents Face Charges

Ryker Lee, a 15-year-old reported missing in Pima County, Arizona, was found safe Friday after a community member provided a tip. Investigators say he had been confined in a small, padlocked room in an RV without running water, a restroom or air conditioning, and that plastic bottles containing possible urine were found there. Authorities also reported unsanitary conditions affecting his two younger siblings, who were taken into state custody. Lee’s mother and stepfather were arrested on three child-abuse charges each and later released on bond.
