Arrow Electronics Posts Record Q3, Guides Above Estimates

Arrow Electronics reported record third-quarter 2026 revenue of $10.72 billion, up 39% year over year, and adjusted earnings of $6.22 per share, beating analyst expectations. Growth was broad-based: Global Components revenue rose 43% to $7.94 billion, while Global Enterprise Computing Solutions revenue increased about 29% to $2.78 billion, supported by demand across technology markets. Interim CEO Bill Austen said strong momentum and growing backlogs spanned both businesses. Arrow forecast fourth-quarter revenue of $11.55 billion to $12.15 billion and adjusted earnings of $7.00 to $7.20 per share, above consensus estimates. Operating cash flow was negative $441 million, primarily because the company invested in working capital to support customer demand; management also cited expected currency headwinds in the coming quarter.
