Art Walks Planned Across Four U.S. Cities

First Friday Art Walks on Nov. 6 will feature exhibitions and community events in Ellensburg, Springfield and Sequim. Ellensburg Lodge No. 20 will show more than 60 magazine collages by Mark Mahagin alongside paintings by the late Don Brontsema, whose mural has stood on the lodge’s exterior for more than 40 years. Springfield’s downtown and Commercial Street will host exhibitions, live music, artist demonstrations and pop-up art displays in vacant spaces. Sequim venues will offer gallery receptions, watercolor art, live jazz and a range of works by local artists, including small-scale models of historic buildings and barns.
