Sen. John Fetterman’s chief of Staff resigned Wednesday, as the senator struggles with Staff retention.
A source told Axios issues include scrutiny over his health struggles and changing political brand.
Cabelle St. John has been on Fetterman’s team since he was first elected about three-and-a-half years ago. She became his chief of Staff in 2025.
Her official last day has not been replaced.
According to the report on Axios, Fetterman was once a darling of the progressive movement. However, he has had a major turnover of aides.
These aides have reportedly grown frustrated with his steadfast support for Israel and friendly relationship with President Dinald Trump.
