‘Hope and Compassion for All’: Melania Trump Shares Christmas Message With Foster Care Families

Former First Lady Melania Trump celebrated 🎄Christmas with the foster care community, saying the holiday should “inspire hope and compassion for all.”

👤Melania Trump and her husband, former President Donald Trump, hosted close to 100 foster kids at the Trump International Golf Club in Palm Beach, Florida, over the weekend.

Fox News reported the children decorated gingerbread cookies, hand painted ornaments, got their faces painted, met Santa and Mrs. Claus and enjoyed a storytime reading with Todd Zimmerman, author of the book series titled, “Oliver the Ornament.”

“I’m happy to share in the festivities with the foster care community at this very special time of year,” the former first lady told the outlet.

She added, “My dream is that when Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus talk to a child at our event, those wonderful words, together with the activities and fun of the day, create beautiful lifelong memories.”
