Former Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene thinks President Donald Trump should be removed from office.
Greene expressed her wishes with a post on X where she advocated for the 25th Amendment to be used to remove him as president Tuesday morning, per Mediaite.
Greene’s words came after Trump issued a treat against Iran.
“A whole civilization will die tonight, never to be brought back again. I don’t want that to happen, but it probably will,” Trump wrote on Truth Social. “However, now that we have Complete and Total Regime Change, where different, smarter, and less radicalized minds prevail, maybe something revolutionarily wonderful can happen, WHO KNOWS? We will find out tonight, one of the most important moments in the long and complex history of the World. 47 years of extortion, corruption, and death, will finally end. God Bless the Great People of Iran!”
The warning was given about 12 hours before the 8 p.m. deadline to reach a deal with Iran regarding the ongoing conflict between the regime and the United States.
Greene, a former Trump supporter who resigned from Congress earlier this year, expressed her disgust with Trump’s message.
